TechSaaS provides cloud infrastructure platforms, developer tools, consulting services, and related technology solutions. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services, servers, or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
  • Use the services to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the services
  • Resell or redistribute the services without written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of our services are owned by TechSaaS Cloud Innovations and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid services are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers may be subject to a separate SLA that defines uptime commitments, support response times, and remedies for service interruptions.

8. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website.
