2. Digital Product Delivery

As a cloud infrastructure and SaaS company, our products are delivered digitally:

  • SaaS Products: Access is provisioned immediately upon successful payment and account setup. You will receive login credentials via email.
  • API Keys & Tokens: Generated instantly upon subscription activation and available in your dashboard.
  • Software Licenses: License keys are delivered to your registered email within minutes of purchase.
  • Documentation & Resources: Available immediately through your account portal.

3. Service Provisioning Timeline

Delivery times vary by product type:

  • Self-Service Products: Instant access upon payment confirmation.
  • Managed Services: Onboarding begins within 1-2 business days. Full provisioning within 5-10 business days depending on complexity.
  • Enterprise Solutions: Custom timelines agreed upon during contract negotiation, typically 2-4 weeks for initial setup.
  • Consulting Engagements: Kickoff scheduled within 5 business days of contract signing.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery of any product or service, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. This email will contain access instructions, relevant documentation links, and support contact information.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for delivery confirmation emails.
  • Verify your account dashboard for active subscriptions and access credentials.
  • Contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.

We guarantee resolution of delivery issues within 24 hours for standard products and 48 hours for enterprise solutions.

6. Physical Goods (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical goods are part of a service package (e.g., hardware security modules, branded merchandise for events), shipping details will be provided separately. Standard shipping within India is 5-7 business days. International shipping is 10-15 business days.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service failures, or government actions.
