Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
TechSaaS Cloud Innovations ("TechSaaS", "we", "us", or "our") strives for complete customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for the remaining days in the cycle.
- Annual Plans: Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the annual billing period. Pro-rated refunds are available within the first 30 days of the annual term.
- Enterprise Contracts: Cancellation terms are governed by your individual service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All new subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if the service does not meet your expectations.
- Service Outage: If our services experience downtime exceeding the SLA commitment, you are entitled to service credits as outlined in your SLA agreement.
- Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund of the overcharge within 5 business days.
- Duplicate Charges: Duplicate payments will be refunded in full upon verification.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees and one-time configuration charges.
- Consulting and professional services hours already rendered.
- Custom development work completed and delivered.
- Training sessions already conducted.
- Domain registrations and third-party license fees procured on your behalf.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request.
- Include your order/invoice number and the date of purchase.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund processed within 5-7 business days. May take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your statement depending on your bank.
- UPI/Net Banking: Refund processed within 5-7 business days.
- Wire Transfer: Refund processed within 10-15 business days.
- Service Credits: Applied to your account within 1 business day.
7. Downgrade Policy
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the difference between your current and new plan for the remaining period.
8. Account Termination
Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may export your data. After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our support team. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. All disputes are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
