Payment Terms

1. Overview
These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you ("Customer", "you") and TechSaaS Cloud Innovations ("TechSaaS", "we", "us"). By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to these terms.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay.
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps.
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks.
- Wire Transfer: Available for enterprise contracts (minimum INR 1,00,000 or equivalent).
- International Payments: Accepted via credit/debit cards and wire transfer in USD, EUR, and GBP.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18% for software services in India).
- International customers may be subject to additional taxes based on their jurisdiction.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the current rate until renewal.
4. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed as follows:
- Monthly Plans: Billed on the same date each month (e.g., if you subscribe on the 15th, you are billed on the 15th of each month).
- Annual Plans: Billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription date. Annual plans typically offer a 15-20% discount over monthly billing.
- Usage-Based Billing: For metered services, invoices are generated at the end of each billing cycle based on actual usage.
- Enterprise: Custom billing cycles as agreed in your service contract (typically quarterly or annually).
5. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email 7 days before renewal. You can disable auto-renewal from your account settings at any time.
6. Late Payments
For enterprise and invoice-based billing:
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date (Net 30) unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Services may be suspended if payment is overdue by more than 15 days after the due date.
- We will provide written notice before suspending any services.
7. Payment Security
We take payment security seriously:
- All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors.
- We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- All payment pages use TLS 1.3 encryption.
- We support 3D Secure (3DS) authentication for card payments.
8. Invoicing
For all payments:
- GST-compliant tax invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email.
- Invoices are available for download from your account dashboard.
- For enterprise customers, we can accommodate custom PO numbers and billing addresses.
- Our GSTIN will be displayed on all invoices as required by Indian tax law.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days.
- You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt.
- If all retries fail, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended.
- You can update your payment method at any time from your account settings.
10. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We commit to resolving billing disputes within 5 business days. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
11. Governing Law
These Payment Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
