Product Manager
About the Role
TechSaaS ships products across HR-Tech, Ed-Tech, FinTech, and cloud infrastructure. We need a Product Manager who can drive product strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and work closely with our engineering team to deliver features that users love and that move business metrics.
You will own the product roadmap for one or more products in our portfolio, conducting user research, defining requirements, and measuring outcomes. You will work in a fast-paced environment where shipping speed matters as much as strategic thinking.
This role requires someone who can balance user empathy with business acumen, communicate clearly with engineers, and make decisions with imperfect information.
What You Will Do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and identify high-impact opportunities
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks (RICE, ICE, or similar)
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Define and track key product metrics (activation, retention, revenue)
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product decisions transparently
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for B2B SaaS or developer tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools
- Ability to write clear technical requirements that engineers can execute on
- Understanding of modern software development practices and trade-offs
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative product development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of shipping products that achieved measurable outcomes
Nice to Have
- Technical background (CS degree or coding experience)
- Experience in HR-Tech, Ed-Tech, or cloud infrastructure domains
- Familiarity with AI/ML product development and data-driven features
- Experience with product-led growth strategies
