Mobile Developer
About the Role
TechSaaS is expanding into mobile-first products across HR-Tech and Ed-Tech. We need a Mobile Developer who can build cross-platform applications with React Native that feel native and perform beautifully on both iOS and Android.
You will own the mobile experience for products like Skillety (AI-powered recruitment) and Entrance (3D education platform), integrating with our existing backend APIs and real-time data systems. You will work closely with designers and backend engineers.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building polished mobile experiences and wants to ship apps that thousands of users rely on daily.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Implement smooth animations, gesture handling, and native-feeling interactions
- Integrate mobile apps with REST APIs, WebSocket connections, and push notifications
- Optimize app performance, startup time, and memory usage across devices
- Manage app store submissions, release cycles, and over-the-air updates
- Implement offline-first patterns and local data persistence
- Write automated tests and set up CI/CD for mobile builds
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript
- Understanding of iOS and Android platform differences and design guidelines
- Experience with native module integration when React Native does not suffice
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (Redux, MobX, or Zustand)
- Familiarity with app store submission processes for both iOS and Android
- Experience with mobile performance profiling and optimization
- Understanding of mobile security best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
- Familiarity with Expo and EAS Build for streamlined workflows
- Knowledge of mobile analytics and crash reporting tools
- Experience with AR/VR or 3D rendering on mobile (Three.js, React Three Fiber)
