Full Stack Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives on shipping production software across multiple domains. At TechSaaS, you will work on products spanning HR-Tech, Ed-Tech, FinTech, and cloud infrastructure — often in the same quarter. You will own features end-to-end, from database schema to pixel-perfect UI.
You will join a small, high-output team that values depth over process. We ship to real users every week, and every engineer has direct impact on product direction. Our stack is React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with TypeScript everywhere.
If you have built and deployed web applications that people actually use, and you care about code quality as much as shipping speed, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack features across React/Next.js frontends and Node.js backends
- Own the complete lifecycle of features from technical design to production monitoring
- Write clean, type-safe TypeScript code with comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
What We Are Looking For
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Solid backend experience with Node.js (Express/Fastify/NestJS)
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB
- Experience with RESTful APIs and at least basic familiarity with GraphQL
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Good communication skills and comfort working in a remote-first team
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and modern design systems
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience building SaaS products or multi-tenant architectures
