Frontend Developer
About the Role
We need a Frontend Developer who obsesses over user experience, performance, and clean code. At TechSaaS, you will build interfaces for products across HR-Tech, Ed-Tech, FinTech, and cloud infrastructure — making complex software feel simple and delightful.
Our frontend stack is Next.js 15, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, with a focus on static generation, server components, and edge-optimized delivery. You will work closely with designers and backend engineers to create pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant interfaces.

What You Will Do
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant UI components with React and Next.js
- Implement pixel-perfect designs using Tailwind CSS and modern CSS techniques
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and ensure excellent Lighthouse scores across all pages
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time data sources
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for UI components
- Implement SEO best practices including structured data, meta tags, and sitemaps
- Contribute to the design system and component library
What We Are Looking For
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, Static Generation)
- Expertise in Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with state management patterns and data fetching strategies
- Eye for design and attention to UI/UX details
Nice to Have
- Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or animation libraries (Framer Motion)
- Familiarity with headless CMS integrations (Directus, Strapi, Contentful)
- Knowledge of SEO/AEO optimization techniques
- Experience with Figma-to-code workflows
