DevOps Engineer
About the Role
TechSaaS runs 90+ production containers on self-hosted infrastructure with GPU acceleration, zero-trust networking, and full observability. We need a DevOps Engineer who can keep this platform reliable, scalable, and secure while automating everything that can be automated.
You will work with Docker, Traefik, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Cloudflare Tunnels, and our custom CI/CD pipelines built on Gitea Actions. This is not a click-buttons-in-AWS role — you will write real infrastructure code, debug networking issues at the packet level, and design systems that self-heal.
We value engineers who understand Linux deeply, think in systems, and can debug production issues at 2 AM without panicking.
What You Will Do
- Manage and scale our 90+ container infrastructure across Docker Compose stacks
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitea Actions and custom automation
- Monitor system health with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Uptime Kuma
- Implement and maintain security controls: CrowdSec WAF, Authelia SSO, Cloudflare Zero Trust
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, backup, and disaster recovery procedures
- Optimize resource utilization across CPU, memory, GPU, and storage
- Respond to production incidents and conduct thorough post-mortems
What We Are Looking For
- Deep Linux administration experience (Debian/Ubuntu preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Docker, Docker Compose, and container networking
- Experience with reverse proxies (Traefik, Nginx) and SSL/TLS management
- Familiarity with monitoring stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalents
- Understanding of networking: DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and tunneling
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes or Proxmox virtualization
- Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU drivers and CUDA in containerized environments
- Experience with Cloudflare products (Tunnels, Zero Trust, Workers)
- Knowledge of ZFS, LVM, or advanced storage management
